Information for the Official Directory

Club secretaries are required to send the names and addresses of the incoming club president and secretary to RI headquarters by December 31. If this information is not submitted, they may not appear in the printed version of the next year's worldwide directory.

When completed, the form can be emailed to RI Data Services staff or faxed. The email and fax information is included on the attached PDF form.
