Membership Data Form

This form is designed for club secretaries to report a new club member, report a membership termination, or a member's change of contact information to RI Data Services. This information can also be reported directly to RI using Rotary Business Online available in Member Access.

Accessing & Updating Your Club's Information at RI:

Here is how the club secretaries can access their club’s information at International. Only the club President & Secretary can access their club files.

Once on the internet they need to go to www.rotary.org.  On the home page go to the Rotary tool bar and on the right hand side click on “Member Access.”

On this page they will need to click on “Register Now”. To register they will need to have the following information: District Number; Club Number; Membership number. Then follow the registration directions.

Once registered they will have access to their Club’s information. On the left side of the Rotary Business Online screen there is a list of tasks and informational screens that can be accessed. They will be able to add new members; terminate members. “Update Membership Data screen.”

They can update Club information, such as  Meeting Date and Location and Officer changes using “Update Club Data screen.” They should play around with the different screens .
