Past Rotary International President Glen Kinross:

"The most important thing in Rotary is members. There would be nothing without them, and with them, everything Rotary is and does is mad possible.

"First, we must face up to our own lack of energy in promoting membership growth. Next we must do something about it. Rotary simply cannot be viable in the 21st century if we do not grow."
