NewsForms for President-Elects 2008-09Although you should have already received these forms, we have made copies of most available online for you here. We have also added the online District Directory Information Form. New Vocational/Avocation Directory 2008 for D6630 MembersThe new, online directory of D6630 Rotarians has been started. It's in a password-protected area, and offered in both a searchable, online form, plus a PDF version that may be downloaded and printed. As of early April 2008, there are only a few submissions, but Rotarians are invited both to submit their information and preview the directory.
RI Discontinuing Club/District SoftwareRI is discontinuing the RI-CAS/DAS software and support as of July 1, 2008. The online versions will be removed September 1, 2008. You may download RI's FAQ on the subject here, or contact your RI represenative here to get questions answered. Please note that there are export options in the software that should allow you to port your information to other programs. Bike Trail Poker Run by Jefferson on June 21Come out and enjoy the outdoors and beautiful countryside along the Western Reserve Greenway in Ashtabula County. Ride, run, walk or skate with flexible distances of 2 - 12.5 miles. Prizes of $100.00 for high hand and $50.00 for low hand will be awarded. Funds raised will benefit the Jefferson scholarship fund and the Greenway Trail. The event will be held at the Western Reserve Greenway (bike trail) June 21, 2008, at 10 am. Willoughby Rotary "Life is a Highway" Fund Raiser Offers Chance to Win a 2009 Corvette or $40,000!For the second year, Willoughby Rotary is raffling a chance to win your choice of a 2009 Corvette Coupe or $40,000 cash. The drawing will take place at the Charity Ball on Saturday, October 4, 2008. A second prize of $1000, and third prize of $500, will also be awarded. This section is intended to help secretaries perform their duties, including reporting monthly club attendance via an online form. New Guidelines for Grantseekers from the D6630 Grants CommitteeDistrict 6630 Grants Committee requires all potential grant applicants to submit a brief Grant Inquiry Form outlining basic information about the potential applicant’s Rotary Club and the program for which funding is being sought. Semi-Annual Report (SAR) InformationOne of your first and most important duties as Club Secretary is to prepare the SAR Semi Annual Report certifying the names and details of members of the Club to the Board of Directors of RI.
