Don't be surprised on your next visit to your local theater! As you sink into the theater-style seating and prepare for the feature, you may find a surprise... a preview brought to you by Rotary International!

In late December, District 6630 was successfully awarded a Public Relations Grant of $6000, the maximum amount available for '07-08. With the matching grant, the District contributes only $2,000 to RI's $6000, for a total impact of $8000. Talk about return on investment! In addition, through a variety of promotions, we were able to maximize the impact and virtually triple the run of the program. We also negotiated a promotional piece in the lobbies of the participating theaters.

The clip we selected is "Rotary: Volunteers in Your Community" from RI's Humanity in Motion III promotional series. It captures Rotarians just like you, as well as those from around the world, striving to make a positive impact. The goal of this piece, and our participation, is to increase awareness of Rotary and promote interest in membership.
